Shipping & Return Policy
Cleozze Beauty can only send orders to street addresses in Malaysia.
We are unable to ship to international addresses at this moment.
We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. We do not provide any special packaging at this moment.
We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place each order separately for each unique address.
Cleozze Beauty delivery will only be limited to local delivery only.
Cleozze Beauty delivery will only be available for any order below 30KG (weight or volumetric, whichever greater) only.
Cleozze Beauty charges a standard shipping & handling fee of RM15 for the first 5KG on all purchases.
For every subsequent KG following the first 5 will be charged of a standard rate which subject to our delivery rate card based on the delivery address.
There will be STRICTLY NO REFUNDS for any shipping & handling charges.
We strive to deliver your purchased products within the shortest time possible. All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders are dispatched and delivered by our designated courier on Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
There may be promotional offerings for free delivery from time to time so please check in often.
For all (and only) West Malaysia purchases which has a checkout value above RM300.00 will get to enjoy our promotion of “Free Shipping” for the first 5KG of their purchases.
SHIPPING RATE CHART
Delivery ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) are as follows:
Peninsular Malaysia: 2 – 4 working days for your order to arrive.
Sabah / Sarawak: 5 – 8 working days for your order to arrive.
Delivery to rural or remote areas may require an additional of 2 – 3 working days.
- For approved returning, the returned product must be in its original unopened condition. Cleozze Beauty will confirm with the buyer for the returning arrangement and the buyer must ship the product back to Cleozze Beauty at his/her own cost.
- The buyer will take full responsibility of the product damage/loss of the during the return shipping, thus is advised to use insured courier shipping.
- The buyer must ship and return the product to Cleozze Beauty within 7 days after receiving the return confirmation.
- If the product for which you wish to exchange is of a higher price than the original purchase price, then you will be required to top up the balance using cash.
- If the product for which you wish to exchange is of a lower price, then no balance amount will be refunded to you
